Our elderly clients found a very special spot in a retirement village. They were nervous about the whole process of selling their much loved family home. We initially came into contact with Chris when we bought our first property 10 years ago. As first time buyers, we were so impressed with his approach that when it came to selling our other property in 2015, we immediately thought of Chris.  His subsequent handling of the sale gave us such confidence that when we eventually put our first property on the market, where we had initially met him, it was with Chris. By this stage we were living in South Island and apart from one face to face meeting, all our dealings were done remotely.
